About the Opportunity
Provectus Physiotherapy & Health Services are currently seeking a Registered Kinesiologist to join our growing mobile health care team, based in Vancouver, BC (remote).
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement individualized exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Provide fall prevention training and home safety recommendations
- Assist in the management of chronic conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, and Parkinson’s through movement-based interventions
- Support senior clients with activities of daily living by improving functional movement
- Educate clients, family members, and caregivers on safe movement techniques, posture, and mobility aid use
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated care approach
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
About You
To qualify, you are a Registered Kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologist (BCAK), and you have a valid BC driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (mandatory for home visits).
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (or related field e.g., exercise science, human kinetics, etc)
- Master's degree in Kinesiology or Rehabilitation Sciences an asset
- Fall prevention or Senior-Specific Certifications are an asset
- Experience working with older adults, rehabilitation, or chronic disease management is an asset
- Experience collaborating with multiple healthcare stakeholders to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for empowering elderly patients
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being part of a collaborative healthcare team
- Empathetic, patient, and skilled at working with complex cases

You will work closely with physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based movement programs that support functional independence and overall well-being. The Benefits
- Pay: $46.00-$55.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Expected hours: 25 – 37 per week
- Flexible work arrangements – Options include full-time, part-time, or permanent positions (preference will be given to those that can meet business needs)
